I have to agree. If the finance structure is different from what they have been telling us then I'm out. They had a few chances to explain it and it was vague but you could see what they were saying. Brad Pout from FCC has also said the same thing. If that changes in the response to ASX then I'm out.

The issue of shares, I can accept that there was an agreement made but I think the disclosure documents were lodged at the wrong time. I can live with that.

If I can read it and see that the revenue is real then the rest is just problems to be addressed accordingly.
