In my opinion you got very lucky. You'll be able to make your investment with what should be certainty about how the company is operating and the structures that are in place to underpin this. You should also be able to get in for a price well below the one you would have paid when you were contemplating jumping in in January. Hope the news is good enough for you to want to commit.
