Legal lawyers back and forth for a binding contract with say atleast over couple hundred pages, needs to be checked, countered, check again, signed, proofed, then submitted.. back and forth from Australia to Korea.
This ain't a gym membership contract.. please sign here kind of deal man, this is a billion dollar deal and contract for many years.
