Yes and no. There are definitely opinions of mine in there. There are also facts in there. It's not like there is an official grading scale for how bad a company was in a certain circumstance.
As it is, your list is also very opinion-based, not factual.

For starters, I didn't put that in there to hit the company. I was showing that the first suspension, there was potentially a legitimate reason for it. However, from memory, this is the only share I've had suspended this year. That makes a suspension from quotation an unusual phenomena. It's certainly not common. If you think it's not unusual, that's fine, but that doesn't make it a fact.
Breached ASX listing rules - yes they did. They admitted to it openly in the Response to ASX Query published. They then justified why the breach occurred and confirmed that they were taking steps to prevent further breaches. The ASX haven't sanctioned them, and I'm assuming they won't, because, as I said, it was a slap on the wrist offence. They spoke to journalists before announcements were on the market, but they were suspended at the time, so no one got an unfair leg up.
Whether you call it a breach or an error, they did not comply with JORC code. Stop being pedantic.
I consider a 2nd suspension immediately following the first very poor. My opinion. You saying "not it isn't" doesn't make your opinion fact.
The 2nd suspension wasn't just for having poor control over their ASX listing, it was because they made mistakes in an announcement that took them 5 days to release. Fairly major mistakes, like forgetting to include that the deal was binding. In my opinion, that was very poor.
You haven't stated a single fact there. I'm happy to say that mine are a mix of facts and opinions. I presented it as my view of recent events - absolutely it's coloured by my perspective. Yours was just odd.
Well, that's probably a bit more justification then. I'd forgotten about that. I was in a bad mood and I apologise. My bad mood wasn't reason to call you an idiot. While I think you calling me several significantly worse names was a fair-sized overreaction, I'll cop that I started it. I'd read through several pages of stupidly rose-coloured posts where people basically suggested that anyone displaying any critical thinking was being disloyal, which is such a ridiculous notion as to irritate me even more than my non-ASX related bad mood. Your post started with a bit of critical thinking, and then (in my opinion) lost track and I didn't see how you could draw the conclusions you did from the information you started with. That said, disagreeing with you was fine - calling you an idiot wasn't. I apologise.
