It seems odd but only because I haven't personally seen this before.
The thing about the wording staying exactly the same means it can also be the update of the presentation... that gives an umbrella. For example (and I'm happy for anyone more familiar with disclosure rules to poke holes in this):
Samples were produced and accepted by SKI this is covered by the update to the presentation.. if they only just got word from SKI in the last few hours they can argue to ASX that they need time to update the presentation and draft a new announcement with regard to the samples, right?
Of course this doesn't explain the 6th Mar end date...
