Funny I didn’t see that as part of the announcement.
Given the response to the previous interrogation from ASX, which was comprehensively dealt with my guess is they have issued an aware letter about the Dec 4C now so the responses would be pretty similar and equally comprehensive.
In all likelihood apart from being a bit of a pain the backside for management it’s just another chance to reaffirm what’s been said before.
