Request for a Voluntary Suspension
Buddy Platform Limited (“Company”) (ASX: BUD) hereby makes application for a Suspension
of its securities, effective immediately, and provides the following information in relation to
Listing Rule 17.2:
• The Company makes the request pending the response to an ASX aware letter;
• The suspension is to last until the Company responds to the ASX, expected to
be no later than Tuesday, 3 April 2018; and
• The Company is not aware of any reason why the suspension should not be
granted ; and
• the Company confirms that it is not aware of any further information necessary to
inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
