    That is right. It is an ASX suspension so it is up to the ASX to inform the market not BUD.

    ASX should critised, they gave everyone a lot of rope and have been doing it for years, all of a sudden they get caught out and their response is to stick it to good and bad companies. Where are the aware letters to BUD, CVT, MTL and THD to name a few. What about 1pg? These companies are guilty of all the same stuff and worse in am e instances. The stuff 1pg got away with was extraordinary. Not to mention all the micro cap mines, they get away with blue murder at times. IMO
