The suspension in February was a voluntary one under Listing Rule 17.2. From 26 March 2018 this particular suspension was also a voluntary one under Listing Rule 17.2, however on 29 March 2018 the ASX stepped in and over-ruled Buddy's voluntary suspension with a suspension under Listing Rule 17.3. The ASX will correspond with Buddy by way of raising any further queries that it may have, it will not provide a running commentary of these to the market. Buddy will be lifted from suspension when the ASX is satisfied with the answers provided by Buddy to its queries.
