then the ASX would say that and would also include that in the NR called "ASX aware response"
but sure there is a chance of course as the ASX really has no idea at all what they are doing.. like flipping coins to see if its a price or non price sensitive NR
ive seen companies with JVs both release a NR - one was price one was non-price sensitive for the same NR
