Exactly , which is why I don't understand why ASX did this unless it was trying to send a clear and strong message to respond directly to the point and/or produce evidence (similar to CIO which had its suspension extended because they have to seek permission to release names). Holders are kept in the dark as to what is actually going on and that is the bad thing! I don't think this will be like BIG (hope not) as that would not give anyone any chance to opt out (as per sentiments in my prior posts).
