BJreplay, can you clarify please, unfortunately I’m a bit thick and can only work with what I read.

You refer to the aware letter 2 Feb and say “BUD didn't ask for an extension”

According to Commsec and my memory BUD did ask for (and was granted I might add) extensions to the VOLUNTARY suspension.

Not once;

Not twice; but

THREE TIMES



If on the other hand you are referring to the current VOLUNTARY suspension requested by BUD, and approved, on 26 April the period of VOLUNTARY suspension is until NEXT Tuesday.

Hence I cannot conclude anything other than ASX .... 'Yes mistake'

If someone can explain it otherwise please do.
