depends what timeframe they were given to respond in feb. it was never stated that i know of.

as it was one of a large raft of queries issued to many companies (and very detailed questions) at the same time i wouldnt be surprised if they were all given more time

in that case the company issued a response - then went into TH to work up followup responses.

you might also find ASX feel they missed a protocol step there and dont want to again

the timeframe here reads like they were given a short timeframe to respond this time. might be because they are issuing fewer letters and small number of questions?

or it might be something unrelated to what was queried before
