It is anyone's guess as to whether news is received today, this week or next week. Buddy's response to the previous ASX aware letter was comprehensive to say the least; I for one do not see them retracting previous statements. Some might say that there is never smoke without fire but personally I consider that the ASX should put up or shut up; either they have good cause to suspect that Buddy's previous announcements were overegged or they do not. In the absence of same the ASX should let Buddy get on with running an expanding business. It is one thing to protect investors, it is another to hassle the directors of a company to the detriment of its investors.
