I agree Awoonga. At the moment I have two of my holdings in suspension under Listing Rule 17.3, BUD and SYT. The common theme is that the ASX is clamping down on announcements that, in its opinion, do not fully substantiate any revenue forecasts. Fine for the ASX to do this, and they will point to BIG and GSW by way of justifying its approach, but I agree that it should have published clear, new guidelines before the purge. Of course the ASX has to protect the rights of investors but putting young, expanding companies through the wringer in public is not helpful to investors in these companies unless the ASX has clear evidence of the company having mislead shareholders
