Perhaps the time difference between Seattle and Perth could have influenced management not responding in a timely manner? There are so many possibilities but I have personal doubts over possibilities that include the presumption of deliberate deception towards the market.
Having already lost a sizable portion of my initial investment since holding almost a year ago, I'm still going to hold because I truly do believe in the product they're developing. Welcome to risk\reward.
