Will be interesting to see what the details are. Expect a capital raising to fund the JV which will mean dilution for existing shareholders. Hard to comment without details (which we will have soon enough) and knowing what's going on in the background - are they securing organic milk supply to cover supply agreements they have locked away pending CFDA approval??
