If you’d done your research you’d know that after the BCC raising , MTC only has around 10 mill shares left they can issue.
So there’s no way they could raise $5 mill( unless they raised at 12c )
Makes sense that they would have raised 1.8 mill at 24c with 600k over subscribed.
$1.8 mill / 24c = 7.5 mill shares
+ the $600k over subscribed
= $2.4mill
(You’ll Notice that’s 10 mill shares in total...funny that ey? )
