I would think that you have a fair chance of being correct here Wolf. Plenty of comments in that article that should have been in a ASX release to market and not commented on in the press.

If you are correct then AVZ need to urgently start spending some money on Lawyers and Compliance staff. When you have a market Cap where they are and when you are aware that the ASX has you firmly on its watchlist then amateur hour is over and a level of corporatisation needs to take place.

unfortunately its a fact of life that lawyers are as important as geologists in todays environment. They simply can't keep flaying around with information and getting smacked around the head by the regulators.
