The suspension is BS this time around. I see these kind of paid advertorials every day. There's nothing wrong with this phrase:
"We hope to have some sort of decision..."
Anyway, this is how I read his comment:
BNBT/Tinci might invest some money in the company and extra drill rigs might be deployed to speed up the process. I think the main issue is the (low) SP, hence why AVZ is putting an advertorial out there. They probably need to get the SP a bit higher to get a good financing deal for shareholders...
To sump up my thoughts: advertorial --> assays --> financing deal
