Just shooting the breeze.. but.. if avz holds the exploration licence for under the tailings... and the tailings are sitting on avzs tenement... at some stage is it not also possible that the holder of the taikings explootation licence will be required to either a) come get their tailings off our mine or b) grant us access. ?

I know on my leaseheld land there was for eg this shed thst was someone elses... we tried to come to an agreement .. but eventually as i wanted to use the land and his legal right was just to his shed.. well.. he had to move his shed...

The ball swings both ways here.. if your scenario of 'oh noes avz are doomed cos tailings' then my scenario can be just as likely..
