    Fundi, I'm sure if the tailings site is an issue, they would/will disclose it. Assuming they will do so if the decision is made to go mining. Not an issue for them atm. Also, the Chinese I assume would have this on their radar as part of DD. You have posted on this a number of times now. Can I suggest you email the Coy Sec and come back and post his response. That should settle it period.
