Thats my point.. we dont know how that will work.. you have also assumed the tailings licence includes surface rights.. this would imply it includes the ground on which the tailings sit - which is kind of doubtful as it is for the tailings only...
As for moving the dumps - one would assume from one perspective its a 'well - you have the licence for them.. please move them off our exploration area - thankyou' kind of situation...This is of course if they dont all come to some agreement to leave them there.
And this is all based on supposition of course that where they currently sit will impede progress for avz - which to date has not been indicated in any way from the avz end.
The bottom line is it is not an insurmountable problem and will probably be addressed when it needs to be.?
