Speculative stocks run a lean business model, so a lot of the time you have geologists etc. doing the governance and risk management when they are not qualified or have the proper time to do so.

3. We live in a connected world now where information is provided in real time and we/every listed ASX company can be called out on. AVZ has clearly been in ASX sight recently, so all 6 employee's have probably now scrutinized things. You can find a problem with anything you concentrate all your efforts on and ask for clarification - open to perspective and interpretation a lot of the time. Guilty until proven innocent.
