I think this is very similar to the AVZ suspension yesterday which related to an AFR article.

Although the next question relates more specifically to AVZ's operation it gives a clue on what the ASX might be thinking with regard to the NMT suspension.

In responding to this question, please address the requirements of clause 17 of the JORC Code and the fact that AVZ has not yet defined a JORC Code compliant mineral resource estimate for the Manono Project.

I think that it's pretty clear that this suspension is about the BusinessNews article yesterday and the $100B claim.
