but do agree with you the sheer contempt and blatant disregard for shareholders and the fact that KB is employed by shareholders which they choose to forget is shameful, disgusting and a total lack of knowledge of a directors rights and responsibilities.
KB should have done the AICD course before he took tikforce public...  .... .... the regulators will catch up with them and the fun the forensic accountants will have is frightening to anyone.
this round of suspension of trade was the announcement on 10 May. so let us assume that the demand was served on 9th or 8th May ... usually you have to settle - pay up - within 21 days.. so 8th + 21 = 29 May (OOOOPS!!! Just gave the secret date away)
we may have to wait until that date for a further announcement .. .. KB the courts work on a different set of rules, ASIC has their own and ASX have their own. Directors of Public companies have to comply with ALL, not just what you want to.
Oh, by the way, why are the TKF lawyers not forcing KB to make an announcement, maybe he is ignoring them as well.. .. .. has there been a change in the company lawyers?

so many maybe's so much uncertainty so much of nothing. so little news, so little of any director saying anything,   so little so late, ... ... maybe the Audi can pay for one of the demands on the company, but sorry, that is KB property, with tikforce plates .. nice blue colour KB, matches your eyes, but you just do not have the strength of a "blue blood" to stand up and make announcements, just fess up and get the stock trading before tkf gets pushed off the ASX board, ...
