Then not take the leave?... rather than drain more cash from the company. Sorry to say once again Jazz is right.
As a shareholder I know cash is king compared to balance sheet liabilites.
There has been so much time waiting on SIG so why not take leave, we all know the govt shuts down for weeks at a time so perfect opportunity to reduce the company of significant liability without affect the cash position?
