They can announce that they have something coming up which is still required by ASX as there will be an acquisition taking place and an announcement will be given to the market.

This is a little different to the contracts with carriers in my opinion as that is subject to trial and testing requirements first - This, is not.

But i agree. We all need to wait for Tuesday and see what golden apple or rotten fruit we are given

not to mention the possibility of "leaky ships" (pun intended)
lots of people can be privy to "deals" hard to contain them all, hence the ASX provision for "trading halts" and "suspensions"

a case in point, RFT today doubled up after reinstatment
