Fatfish Internet Group Limited (ACN 004 080 460) (ASX: FFG) (Company) hereby requests a voluntary suspension of its securities pending an announcement by the Company to the market in relation to a capital raise conducted by the Company by way of placement to sophisticated/professional investors.
The Company requests that the voluntary suspension commence with immediate effect and continue until the release of the announcement which is expected on or before Monday, 18 June 2018.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
