Interesting. I assumed the TH was just a regulatory thing because RFT was announcing a big contract and it's always good protocol to do into a TH before a major announcement to allow for an organised trading session.
Given a TH is a standard two trading days, needing to go into suspension suggests that there may be something more to this. You would think the actual details of the purchase order are sorted, so maybe there are negotiations about whether RFT can release the name of the customer?
