Nice if it were true.
ASX doesn't sort anything with a suspended behind closed doors. ASX doesn't have an obligation to negotiate anything. The onus is on AUZ to satisfy ASX under 17. And that my friend is up to ASX. AUZ will respond of course bit it's all up to ASX now. Who will let us know on due course. Usually after telling any instos involved. We always last to know.
