They do it because they can and they don't give a f*ck about whether you know it or not. And besides they are making a killing.
But this isn't just about the stock market either. The goings on around the world on the political front is just the same with it's persistant fear agenda. If you are not blind to what is really going on (i.e. beyond what the talking heads say on the i d i o t box and write in the tabloids) it is just as 'in your face' as anything else.
