I don't even have the generosity of calling it a company, its a shell for certain Chinese entities.
Simple as that. They have zero cash, owe $2m AUD plus just extended their loan to $2.5m, but... for years have been buying shares back on market. Its crazy really. But... within the 'rules'.
I am guessing they are selling up... either their coal, which cannot be worth much at all, or... they have full circle and are selling all their Canning Assets... interesting to see what happens.
