Was the Quarterly late, causing the Suspension?

I just want to clear up a misconception that I have seen repeated here a few times. The company is
not currently in suspension because it was late in releasing its quarterly report. Any company that goes into suspension for not lodging a quarterly would immediately resume trading once it does release the quarterly. The suspension had nothing to do with the quarterly as the company was already in a trading halt pending the release of a 'material' announcement.
QBL was going into a suspension due to changing the raising price as part of the recompliance, and due to the ongoing recompliance requirements. The quarterly just happened to be released that morning, as well, and the company would have resumed trading once the quarterly was released anyway. The quarterly report, being released in the morning instead of the previous evening, had no effect on the ongoing trading status of the company.
