Was a much better tactic to possibly over shoot with 8c cr than say 5c & place negative drag on the sp.

Capital raises can be tricky at the best of times but when it's packaged as part of a major re-structure & consolidation it's on another level!

Most mm stocks have retreated considerably over the last few months in what seems to be a market correction on possibly over bought stocks. This in conjunction with the complicated aquisitions & task of re-compliance has left QBL faced with lower than expected sp.

Was always going to be a real struggle, the other alternative would have been to flag a $5 million cr to be at a price decided at a later date but we all know how much markets love suprises & this would have likey placed drag on the sp too.
