1)We took advice from our corporate legal team who deal with this type of data on a daily basis.
2)We used a scientific and industry standard approach for calculating a CR.
3)We considered a data range set from previous upper limits based on new Ann releases (as shared in the post).

For transparency, and to help answer this question, we provided one method to answer this poster's question and to show our shareholders/readers that there was no guesswork involved to calculate the CR.

Thanks Neil, I do understand there was more than one method used. Thing is we cant predict the future but we all hope and wish!, Their was many "expecting the price to increase back then but oh well it didn't!" This is the stocks! I am hopeful this will be a great company, At least they are trying!
