I expect that they have too much interest from sophisticated investors and there is some argi-bargi over who get's what amount of shares given the the amount on issue will be capped so I would not be surprised if the shares are issued at a premium to the current share price given the potential upside of the company.
Being so close to many major mile stones such as mining license, financing and Nicanda JV would surely see them multi-bag from our current levels and some.
