In relation to your last point re SDL CN holders , my understanding is that SDL shareholder approval meeting has to take place to approve CN holders before agreement comes into play ( this approval is scheduled this month- not sure what date ?) , therefore its plausible that ANS management saw an opportunity via our MD Chinese contacts to offer a funding package in return for bigger stake % and SDL management might have agreed to a rescue package from ANS / Chinese funding connections rather than dilute the c&*# out of shareholders with 22 billion issued script if converted to shares by CN holders -
