AustSino spent years trying to push the dream of the Oakajee deepwater port, rail network and associated iron ore mines in Western Australia's Mid West region as the over-promising and under-delivering Padbury Mining, and now it has decided to spent a big chunk of its remaining cash backing Sundance, which is racing against the clock to prove it has the wherewithal and backing to keep hold of its leases in Cameroon.

AustSino will spend A$750,000 of its $1.9 million in cash to subscribe for some 187.5 million Sundance shares at 0.04c, a 20% discount to the closing price on August 1.
