I think he will be found guilty. He had daily dose sales numbers and would have had known that a profit warning was on the cards.
What will be interesting is if Darren (CFO) , who now / soon does not work for SRX, has / will give evidence.
Further, the US authorities should be checking staff sales in the US, as I'm sure some senior folks over there sold prior to Wong.
