having all the paperwork in front of them , under 24 hours... MXC will need to demonstrate certainty as their track record isn't the best... the last time they announced the VC deal they had a solid increase in the SP, now that has been seen to be unwarranted.. so a TH was a good move or the SP could have been savaged.. the next deal will have to be better than the first with certainty or it will be treated like more hot air....
