Still a lot of unanswered questions. Interesting timing of the VC default notice. Almost looks like final stages before selling off the division. I would much prefer a product transaction. I guess we will know more in due time but one thing is for sure, the deal is material in nature. Let's hope that it's beneficial to shareholders and the longevity of MXC.
