When you start having to take legal action against a Korean Minnow for a half a mill you can see the writing on the wall, do you think for a moment VC would be in a position that forces them to make good if they couldn't make good in the open market... MXC should have done their homework... still MXC don't have to convince me , they have to convince the ASX and next Shareholders...
