Based on what information or indication do you say "it appears ..."?

Where is the evidence the action by ASX started sometime in the past relative to today, as you say "already"?

Where is evidence ASX is looking into "THE" proposed transaction by "a" Canadian ...? I have to say your "The" (not "a") and "a" (not "the") seem to throw question over the statement.

As I read your statement the former (your propositions) causes the latter; "the company being currently suspended". So, I hope your response will not be, you believe so because the company is suspended.

Do you know the difference between a suspension and a voluntary suspension? I believe this is a voluntary suspension. It occurs when a company needs more than two days which is covered by a trading.
