You guys are all having a fit over the VC deal which was supposedly worth $40 million, but you all let the 40 million euro offtake agreement slide.

Neither were ever going to happen.
In what world would a company subject itself to a purchase agreement for enormous amounts of CBD when they don't have to?
Where is MGC even getting its supply from?
The growing license in Slovenia was for Fedora 17 and they haven't really said much more about growing there.
Do they have the capability to provide that amount of CBD from their Czech facility?

Also in case you don't know CBD can be legally grown in Austria as long as the THC is below .3%. There are massive facilities growing enormous amounts of CBD rich plants with up to 10% CBD.

You guys need to become more diligent in your research.
