@Sparkz918, I was only discussing @Ryzie's statement re suspension announcement, which as it reads is only related to the Canadian deal, NOT the VC deal.

But on that note, while I agree on the face value the VC deal could have been handled better, it may be that MGC was trying to build an image of a company that aims to resolve toward a win/win rather than sue them "win or lose"/"lose or win" situation (a law firm approach). A law firm's vision ends at the conclusion of a legal battle whereas a "start-up" company's vision should go way beyond that and building reputation in the process is an integral part of it.

So, I hope the management has learnt from this and will do better in future deals, using the experience.

... BUT in saying that, MGC management's renumeration is that of high flying executives who are expected to have/apply experience ... so maybe the management should not expect our forgiveness and learning while we are paying them top salaries!?!
