It is fairly obvious that under ASX disclosure rulings, AUQ need to provide a few more specifics. Not too shabby in my opinion as we all saw what happened to Elon Musk when he threw the idea around of a Saudi buyer for TESLA, only to find he was most likely embellishing a slight untruth.
I for one care about ethics and honesty and trust that AUQ will provide more background and satisfy the ASX. Remember also they are only discussions and non binding, so there is plenty of wiggle room.
