Ann: Suspension from Official Quotation, page-15

The majority of trading halts for acquisitions I have seen recently have resulted in a suspension in order to get the deal completed. The ASX has tightened its grip in the past year or so and I believe the company is just dotting the Is and crossing the Ts. I would much rather wait a few extra days or even weeks for everything to be done correctly than see an ammended or clarified announcement come out because the paperwork wasnt done properly or even worse questions from the ASX, that never ends well.
Just need to be patient and let management do their thing, I am sure after what happened previously they just want to make sure they get it right this time.
I just hope this acquisition is as good as the mineral sands one that fell through, that was a real company maker.
