Breaching the Obligation of Continuous Disclosure of Directors of a Public Company can have a director banned from holding a directorship for a number of years, could the failure to provide information relating to the expiration of the leases at Terres be a trigger?
Is there anything else we could examine with this in mind? Is this a risk that Riekie and Leeden did not want to take, is that why they left?
