BasBased on what information do you know the deal is not going ahead? Its a bit tiresome putting this BS out there and then never providing any reasoning as to why, it just goes on and on. If the deal was not going ahead they are obliged to inform the market when seeking the voluntary suspension and if they don't they are finished as a company with any credibility and in big trouble with authorities. So, reasoning please... or just cork it ;-)
